1. Introduction

EventSprint is a service of E-comCapital (Chamber of Commerce no. 73516988) (“EventSprint”, “we”, “us”). We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This privacy statement explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it.

This statement applies to all services EventSprint offers through eventsprint.io and its associated applications.

Data you provide yourself

When you create an account we ask for your name, email address, company name and telephone number. When you use the platform you may also process data belonging to your staff, your clients and your suppliers.

Data collected automatically

We collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system and the pages you visit. We do this to improve the service and to resolve technical problems.

3. Why we process data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing and improving our services
  • Creating and managing your account
  • Invoicing and payment processing
  • Communicating about your account and our services
  • Complying with legal obligations

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties unless it is necessary in order to provide our services (payment processing through Mollie, for example) or unless we are legally required to do so.

Our processors are contractually obliged to protect your data in accordance with the GDPR.

5. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data is stored encrypted on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We apply a strict access policy and carry out regular security audits.

6. Retention periods

We do not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. After your account ends we delete your data within 90 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

7. Cookies

We place only necessary cookies without your permission. Functional cookies (for booking a demo through Cal.com, for example) and analytics cookies are set only after you have given permission. You can change your choice at any time.

A full overview of the cookies we use, what they are for and how long they stay, is in our cookie statement.
